訂做細則

• 起貨時間:
  • 手寫：十二天起貨
  • 雕刻：十天起貨
• 查詢: 請落單後十天請致電查詢 (人手不足未能逐一通知)。
• 圖案/心心加價: 每個加30元起 (以20個英文字母或中文字八個計)。
• 文件修改: 只能改動兩次，改動第三次起，每次收三十元。
• 取貨方式: 所有訂貨請到取，不設郵寄。
• 24小時交收: 可在我公司門外儲物箱交收。

Order Details

• Delivery Time:
  • Handwritten: Delivered within 12 days.
  • Engraving: Delivered within 10 days.
• Inquiries: Please call us 10 days after placing your order (due to staff shortages, we cannot notify you individually).
• Additional Pattern/Emoji Price: $30 per piece (based on 20 English letters or 8 Chinese characters).
• File Modifications: Only two modifications are allowed. A $30 fee applies for each modification, starting with the third.
• Pickup Method: All orders must be picked up in person; no mail is accepted.
• 24-Hour Pickup: Pickup can be made at our office’s storage box.
